Conal Henry joined e|net in 2006 as CEO, having previously been Managing Director of Energis (where he led the organisation through financial turnaround culminating in acquisition by Cable & Wireless). Conal has overall responsibility for e|net, Ireland’s largest open access network operator and the company responsible for managing 93 fibre-optic Metropolitan Area Networks (MANs) on behalf of the Irish Government.

Conal has also held senior positions in Ryanair, Procter & Gamble, Asda Stores, as well as First Active.

He has a degree in law from Queen’s University, Belfast and is a Chartered Management Accountant.
