Gerard Boogert is currently program manager Next Generation Networks (NGN) at OPTA in the Netherlands. This program plays a leading role in the development and implementation of the regulatory framework for NGN (Access) regulation, both in residential and business broadband network- and services in the Netherlands.
He worked for more than 20 years within the Telecom Industry in various technical, commercial and business management functions. The last 8 years he worked with OPTA and is one ofthe senior advisors for the analysis and regulation of broadband markets.
