Marina has worked for nearly twenty years in the communications sector, mostly as a strategy consultant but more recently as regulator. Marina is a Policy Director at Ofcom having joined in September 2007. Marina has led a number of projects in the fixed and mobile telecommunications market. Much of her recent focus has been on next generation access including how BT’s Undertakings should adapt in the context of NGA. Prior to joining Ofcom, Marina was a Telecoms Partner at Spectrum Value Partners where she led a number of projects for clients internationally developing strategies for mobile and broadband access and content delivery, providing transactional support to financial and trade investors and working with regulators and policy makers on communications policy development.
Marina has an MBA from Bradford University and a Masters in Applied Foreign Languages from the University of Grenoble.
